PURPOSE VEHICLES AND SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES

Art. 4 The Foundation will pursue the following objectives:
- Repayment of Bulgarian monasteries, and cultural center, art school, a school for Orthodox and Christian values and the validation and development of spiritual values, health and physical education;
 - To promote the idea of tolerance in society, working with state, municipal and nonprofit organizations to help build a democratic civil society;
- To help individuals and society as a whole on the perception of Christian values as a basis of human relationships and perceptions of the outside world.

MEANS TO ACHIEVE

Art. 5 Means of achieving the goals of the Foundation are:
- Organizing joint activities based on partnership and good cooperation between citizens, respectively secular representatives of business and Bulgarian Orthodox Church, respectively Holy Synod, based on public-private partnership;

- Establishment of Centers for spiritual and physical health, with the full consent and participation of representatives of the monasteries and the church. Centers are seminars, training and procedures (restoration, iconography and crafts, church plates, souvenirs, etc.);

- Organizing and conducting educational and awareness campaigns, sports and other events, tourist routes and eco tours;

- Prepare and / or implementation of projects related to the Foundation based view;

- Dissemination of information materials;

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES

Art. 6. (1) Foundation in conjunction with its main business, provided that all income received be spent to achieve the objectives of non-profit organization for the benefit of the public to make the following additional businesses:
a) Production, publication and dissemination of materials, books and brochures, films and other contributing to the objectives of the Foundation;

b) Organization of paid seminars, trainings and other forms of supporting the development of civil society and target groups targeted by the activities of the Foundation;
c) any other authorized business by law, either alone or jointly with other entities.

(2) The Foundation does not distribute dividends.
